Embroidery

Embroidery Tips: Lasting Promotional Gift with Logo.

Want to embroider a logo, company name or image on promotional clothing or business gifts? Then embroidery is right for you. Machine embroidery is the application of images to products using an embroidery machine. The image is drawn point by point on the computer using a special program. The result is embossed, durable and long-lasting embroidery that is not damaged by sunlight. You can embroider the logo or company name as well as the emblem or brand symbols. For example, embroidered emblems are often used by government agencies, power structures, and larger brands.

Which Products to Choose for Embroidery?

Almost all textile products are suitable for embroidery:

  • T-shirts, tops, polo shirts, sportswear
  • Beanies, cups, hats, scarves
  • Jackets, vests, fleeces, sweatshirts, hoodies and softshells
  • Aprons
  • Plaid blankets
  • Shopping bags and reusables
  • Bath and kitchen towels

YES

  • A classic, luxurious and durable technique.
  • Suitable for both smooth and uneven cotton, fleece or polyester fabrics.
  • Maximum number of colours per embroidery is 12. Thread colours according to the PMS colour codes of the image.

ATTENTION!

  • Recommended maximum embroidery size 250x250mm. Larger embroidery on, for example, a terry towel or a T-shirt makes the fabric stiff under the embroidery.
  • Embroidery is not a suitable treatment technique for textiles with, for example, waterproof, windproof or similar properties. The stitches of the embroidery pass through the fabric, so the area on which the embroidery is applied does not then conform to the described characteristics.
  • For embroidery, the minimum height of a letter or design detail is 4mm.
  • Embroidery can also be done with reflective thread or in 3D.
